With millions of travelers expected to hit the roadways and airways this summer, those of us with food allergies have to plan just a bit more carefully.

 

Where will we eat? Are there gluten-friendly restaurants near our hotel? Or will we be stuck in the kitchen for the entirety of our vacation?
